    Bernie has been in the financial service industry for over 15 years. Prior to entering this industry, he spent 20 years in education owning, directing and advising private, post secondary career schools. Bernie made the transition from education to financial services in 1996 and has a Life & Health License

  • Lindsay Matthews – Operations Manager

    Lindsay Matthews received her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in Consumer Sciences. Once returning home to Maryland after graduation, Lindsay decided to pursue a Masters degree at Towson University while also obtaining her Health & Life Insurance License. Lindsay coordinates the activities of our employees, acts as a liaison for department managers and corporate offices, as well as handles customer requests.

  • Matt DiPasquale – Vice President

    Matt DiPasquale graduated from Calvert Hall College High School. He attended The College of Charleston in South Carolina as well as Towson University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has been a licensed agent since 2007 and handles the business-to-business side of DiPasquale Financial. Matt is responsible for the hiring and training of our agents, as well as business development in our five state area. Currently, we are the top region in the Aflac family of independent agents in Maryland.
